Matcha, which literally means "finely powdered tea," is made from young green tea leaves and is strictly harvested from certified organic plantations. Aroma and Flavor A refreshing aroma with grassy, green prominence gives way to a full, refined green tea flavor with fluent polish. Brewing Instructions Add 1/ 2 teaspoon of matcha to 5 oz. of hot water. Whisk thoroughly for 45 seconds. Fine powder may settle to the bottom of the cup.
